How fast will my jewelry arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure you’re ready for your next big moment:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For the gala you forgot was this weekend!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your treasure leaves our studio.

Is the shipping secure? Absolutely. Jewelry is precious, and we treat it as such. Every Stellar Stance order is shipped in a discreet, secure package to ensure it reaches you safely.

MATERIALS & CARE

Will my jewelry tarnish? To keep your "Stellar" glow, we use high-quality finishes. However, like all fine jewelry, we recommend keeping your pieces away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain their brilliance for years to come.

Is your jewelry skin-friendly? Yes! All our pieces are lead and nickel-free, making them safe for sensitive skin so you can focus on shining, not itching.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new look. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if I receive a damaged item? Quality is our priority. If an item arrives defective, please email us at info@stellarstance.myshopify.com
 with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
